PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Casa Margarida is a detached, country villa with pool. We believe that you have the best of both worlds with the pleasure and relative peace of the countryside yet within
5 to 20 minutes drive of the beaches and towns of Salema, Burgau,
Lagos, Sagres and Praia Da Luz on the coast. Parque Da Floresta golf
course is a short drive away. Margarida is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the village of Budens with its bars,
restaurants, gas station, church, supermarket and village shops.
There is a regular bus service from Budens to Lagos and Sagres. The good train and bus service in Lagos takes you to the rest of Portugal if you want to explore. Car hire is strongly recommended.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms, shower room and bathroom with spacious living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen. The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto the terrace, gardens and swimming pool. There is a large shaded patio and separate BBQ / dining area. Fully equipped for 8.

large bedroom with 3 single beds and patio doors, 1 large double bedroom
with patio doors to the terrace and pool, 1 bedroom with twin beds. (sofa
bed in living room)
1 Shower room and 1 bathroom.
Large living room / dining room with single sofa bed, fully equipped for 8
people. TV, cassette player, Video, DVD and lots of movies and books.
Well equipped kitchen - microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer, juicer,
electric kettle, toaster, gas cooker. Separate laundry room.
OUTSIDE:
Lovely
country views, not close to neighbours but within walking distance to the
village with a good bus service and local taxi. Garden furniture, separate
barbecue and dining area in the garden. Swimming pool (not heated &
unfenced) - not suitable for unattended children
Lots of sunbathing area, shady patios and trees.

bedding and towels supplied. Cleaned before and after departure - extra
maid service can be arranged.

DISTANCE
TO AIRPORT: Approx 1 hour from
Faro airport. Take the A22 to Lagos 2nd exit (Lagos Vila do Bispo), turn
right on to EN125 and approximately 10-15 minutes later turn left in to
the villa road. Full details will be given on booking.
